Chevy Volt Second Opinion

Over the last year, the Chevy Volt has changed quite a bit. Electric and hybrid cars all dodge the problem of the environment because the electricity comes from coal burning (I know not all electricity comes from coal burning), which isn’t good either. So hybrids and electric cars really just side step the problem and burn coal instead of waste gas, create emissions, and lots of other good stuff. But I don’t really care about the impracticality because nobody else sees the problem yet. Overlooking that little issue, the Chevy Volt looks really cool. I’m sure it is going to cost way to much for the average person but I think that if you can afford it, you should buy it when it comes out. The exterior looks really cool, but I’m sure that it will loose some of the awesomenesss as it prepares to hit the markets. I think that the interior is also probably going to be pretty weak just to keep the price somewhat low. I’m sure it’ll be a hell of an eyecatcher though. I took about 15 pictures of it but there are only so many camera angles so I’ll limit myslef to uploading only two. Enjoy.

 

      

 

Update!

Sorry for being down for so long. I didn’t have any pictures and was pretty busy but I got some pictures and found some time so here we go. There was recently the DC Autoshow so I’ll start uploading the pictures I took now.

Rolls Royce

I want to say sorry to all of the Rolls Royce fans out there that I offended when I first made my website and said that Rolls Royce was pretty much horrible. I didn’t mean it. Actually at the time I meant it and now I’m coming around and admitting their great cars. I said before that Rolls Royces were badly designed and got bad mpg. Thinking back that was really stupid. Of course they get bad mpg, so does half of the other cars on my website. I also realize that they do have a pretty cool design. If I had an insane amount of money sitting on my floor and needed a luxury car I would go Rolls Royce.

I’m Confused

I’ve been thinking about what to post on next. So I looked around and wanted to make a post on Lamborghini or Audi or Porsche. And I started looking at cars and their stats and exterior design. I realized something though; every car I looked at seemed to look exactly the same as the previous version, cost more, and have increased power by maybe 20hp. When I looked through some articles, I noticed that everyone was writing page long articles on updated air intakes.  Am I missing anything or are people really just stretching words and guessing at numbers?

2010 Chevy Camaro

The 2010 Chevy Camaro looks pretty cool. I would be able to say it looks really cool if it was drastically different from the previous model. The exterior looks nice but over time this car has drifted so far from it’s origins. The first Camaros were all muscle cars. Now they have a much more futuristic appearance. I think that is funny compared to Mustang which went a totally different direction from a similar start.

Ferrari California

The Ferrari California doesn’t actually look like it will be half bad. It looks like it is going to be a little disappointing because it doesn’t have all of the natural Ferrari traits. I think that its head-lights and tail-lights both look pretty messed up. Obviously, Ferrari wants to make money on these cars but they seem to have cut some corners. Looking at the early photos, it seems to be almost at a knock-off level.

I know I said before that some Gimp edits were coming. I lied. Gimp is really bad. I have decided that instead a few small flash objects will be included in my webpage. I’m sorry I have not updated recently. This is solely because of time. A lot of it was spent editing these images so I hope you like them.

New Theme

Well, I got some advice about my background from someone so I’m taking it and am going to switch it to a different theme soon.
